Revell Color is a synthetic resin enamel paint that does not attack the plastic surface of plastic models. The 14 ml paint can, which is popular with many hobbyists, can also be used to paint many other materials.
All colors - except signal color - can be mixed with each other and can be diluted with Revell Color Mix.
This means that the paint can be applied not only with a brush, but also with a spray gun. The cleaning agents used are Revell Painta Clean for the brushes and Revell Airbrush Clean for the spray gun.
This color is used:
- as part of the Luftwaffe's new standard camouflage paint scheme along with 378 Dark Gray, 67 Green Gray and 77 Dust Gray
- as surface camouflage color of the new standard paint for US Navy aircraft (e.g. A-6E, EA-6A, F-18, F-14, etc.)
